SPORTS PROGRAM COORDINATOR PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The NH Sportsplex Program Coordinator works in conjunction with the Program Managers and Executive Directors to help coordinate leagues, field rentals, and events.
SPORTS PROGRAM COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sports Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities while at the facility, assists with coordinating leagues, field rentals, and events, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assisting with marketing campaigns, sales, customer service/interfacing with customers, league analysis, setup and breakdown of events, creating league schedules, DaySmart platform database entries, collecting payments, booking field rentals, creating/communicating schedules for teams/individuals/referee’s, and enforcing NH Sportsplex policies and procedures set by the Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities can include enforcing business operations/processes/procedures, autonomously selling and running individual leagues, fulfilling “Manager on Duty” (MOD) shifts, basic website updates and management, DaySmart software system management, managing customer service experience and general public reception of all assigned offerings, programs, events and tournaments. The Program Manager is responsible for reporting back to the Executive Director on all priority day to day issues and ensuring the business is functioning at peak capacity, growing, company process and procedures are being enforced, goals are being met, and customers/members are satisfied with their experience each time they visit our facility and engage in our services.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
The NH Sportsplex Program Coordinator position requires the ability to work nights and weekends, help set up fields and sports equipment (if applicable), computer work, and the ability to work 4-12-hour shifts. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the applicant.

- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Sports Management, and or Business Majors preferred

COMPENSATION:
The NH Sportsplex offers our Program Coordinators a competitive hourly wage for part-time positions, or for full-time positions a base salary that includes major medical insurance, dental, 401K, and participation in the company’s performance-based bonus program.
