What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Associate Part-Time position at NHBB?

Position Summary: This position provides part time clerical support for Quality Source.

  • Daily collection and drop off of documentation.
  • Documentation preparation, scanning, indexing and storage.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment, evaluating new equipment and techniques, as applicable.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies and verifies receipt of supplies.
  • Customer certification package completion, as needed.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks, as needed.
  • Provides coverage for the Main Switchboard, as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to use all Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Solid problem solving and reporting skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary : $34,200 - $43,300
