NHC Dickson is looking to have an Assistant Administrator to join our team. The Assistant to the Administrator, directly responsible to the Administrator, has supportive administrative and managerial responsibilities within the health care center, acting as liaison, motivator, coordinator, support person for Department Directors, other staff, patients, families, visitors, physicians and the local community.
Qualifications:
- BS degree, preferably major in Health Administration or Business Administration.
- Possess or seeking eligibility for state license.
- Knowledgeable in gerontology.
- Demonstrated, through prior work experience, competence in leadership and supervisory skills, including oral and written communication skills and human relations, i.e., group interactions and ability to use power and influence
