The Assistant to the Administrator, directly responsible to the Administrator, has supportive administrative and managerial responsibilities within the health care center, acting as liaison, motivator, coordinator, support person for Department Directors, other staff, patients, families, visitors, physicians and the local community. Qualifications :
- BS degree, preferably major in Health Administration or Business Administration.
- Possess or seeking eligibility for state license.
- Knowledgeable in gerontology.
