Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who possesses knowledge of therapeutic and modified consistency diets information or has a desire to learn for preparing and serving patient trays.
- A sincere interest in foodservice and enjoyment of working with senior care living population and other healthcare patients.
- Knowledge of therapeutic and modified consistency diets information or desire to learn for preparing and serving patient trays.
- Understanding of correct sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Ability to fulfill responsibilities, arrive on time, and work during scheduled shifts.
- Sanitation Course certification (approved by NHC standards and state regulations).
- Ability to work under supervision.
