Must reside in the Huntsville, AL Area - Visible in the market 90% of the time, visiting and working with our facilities to source, screen, hire, train our managers.

NHS Management, a leading provider of long-term care services operating across four states, seeks a highly motivated Regional Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our facilities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for multiple long-term care facilities in North Alabama.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local colleges and universities that offer RN, LPN and CNA curriculums
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, career fairs, and professional networking.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates.
• Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages to attract top talent.
• Train new management hires in the approved NHS Hiring process
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in long-term care.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Strong understanding of the Tuscaloosa healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
