Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist based at East Ayrshire Community Hospital
What You Will Do
The East Community Physiotherapy team are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Lead to join our team. This role will include a combination of inpatient and community rehabilitation with clinical and leadership responsibilities. Advanced clinical skills for a wide range of specialities is required, including; older people, orthopaedics, falls, respiratory, vascular, MSK and neurological rehabilitation.
We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate and experienced physiotherapist who can provide decisive and effective clinical leadership, working with other Allied Health professionals to continually develop services and provide the best possible care to our Clients.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
As the Clinical Lead, you will ensure the team delivers evidence-based, quality physiotherapy care, drive innovation and provide support on complex queries - as the Clinical Lead you will act as lead source of clinical expertise within the Team.
