Key Responsibilities :

  • Record Maintenance : Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for follow-up and future reference.
  • Office and Administrative Support : Help with various office tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing internal communications.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and effective communication across teams.
