What Youll Be Doing:
Assist in managing HR administrative tasks, including employee records, benefits administration, and onboarding processes
Provide support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries
Help with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
Help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events
Process employee leave requests, time-off tracking, and payroll documentation
Support HR team members with general office duties and day-to-day HR operations
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative roles is preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems
A team player with a positive, approachable attitude
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR certifications or coursework is a plus
