Responsibilities
· Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for infants.
· Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of infants.
· Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, and cognitive development.
· Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
· Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
· Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
· Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and learning.
· Stay up-to-date with early childhood education best practices and trends.
Requirements
· Willing to work on a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
· Current certification in First Aid and CPR for infants and children.
· Prior experience working with infants or in a childcare setting.
· Strong understanding of child development principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Consistent creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young children.ren.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
