Position Overview:
The Director of Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in guiding the growth and operational excellence of our oral surgery practice, specializing in dental implants, full arch dentistry, and wisdom tooth extractions. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at increasing the practice's annual revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the dental industry, and a passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows and patient experiences.
3. Marketing and Business Development:
- Design and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Foster relationships with referring dentists and other healthcare providers to increase referrals.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor financial performance and develop budget forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
