Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the Community Ambassador Program, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and keeping the community up to date.
- Help coordinate and run online and offline community events, including scheduling, promoting, and coordinating with external communities.
- Responsible for the daily operations of community programs, ensuring everything runs efficiently and is in line with broader strategic goals.
- Maintain documentation related to community programs and communication strategies.
- Source user-generated content from a wide range of diverse communities to support marketing and creative design efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
- Required in-office 2 days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Compensation
The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $77,800.00 - $96,000.00 bonus equity benefits. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
