Let’s talk about this role As the nib Thrive Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to grow, engage and retain the nib Thrive participant base. This generalist marketing role will support the Marketing Manager and play a lead role in planning, developing, executing and optimising campaign development material across areas including communications, creative, offers, lead generation, lead nurture, eDM communications and across various channels including web, email (eDM), Direct Mail (DM), SMS, and Content Marketing. In addition this role will support the Distribution & Growth team in event and expo activations to promote the nib Thrive brand. This function supports our new nib Thrive business which is nib’s NDIS business. Managing a range of relationships, both internally and externally, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous team player who is able to build strong stakeholder relationships effectively. Let’s talk about you The successful candidate for this position will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in direct & database marketing practices. You consider yourself as someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business with the ability to manage external providers and suppliers. You have a love for campaign testing and optimisation, the ability to prioritise your time effectively and a passion for challenging the status quo.
