Who We’re Looking For

Pivot Marketing is searching for a Digital Campaign Manager who shares our passion for results and embodies our core values in every aspect of their work. You’ll be a key player in managing and optimizing our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, with a special focus on performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms. Your role will be critical in maintaining quality control, ensuring campaign performance, and driving client success.

You’re well-versed in Meta and Google Ads, and if you have experience with platforms like Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and Amazon DSP, that’s even better. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in managing campaigns but also thrives in an environment that values human connection and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management : Lead the execution and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns, staying on top of platform updates and emerging trends.
  • Quality Control & Optimization : Drive quality control efforts, identifying in-platform opportunities to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Strategy : Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting to build campaigns that meet and exceed client goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to both internal teams and clients for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management : Manage and optimize client budgets, ensuring spend is aligned with client objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork : Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with broader strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor and manage junior team members, guiding them to success while staying on track with project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and Amazon DSP is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
