Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales cycle for NIC Industries' consumer brands, from initial contact to order completion.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing consumers to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
- Oversee order acceptance and processing for key consumers, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Maintain an organized and accurate system for account management, tracking consumer orders, preferences, and communications.
- Prioritize consumer accounts based on potential revenue, focusing on high-value opportunities while expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience and drive digital sales.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate consumer-focused campaigns and product promotions into sales efforts.
- Coordinate with the Training team to stay updated on product knowledge and effectively communicate technical aspects to consumers.
- Engage with outside sales representatives to support customer interactions and brand growth initiatives.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary to meet consumer demands and sales targets.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in sales management with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in the automotive care industry.
- Deep familiarity with automotive care products and the ability to explain product features and benefits to consumers.
