Client: Specialty Sports Stadium Contractor
Salary: Up to $100k base

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine scope, materials, and costs
- Develop conceptual estimates for budgeting, performing takeoffs based on design and standard specifications
- Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database, ensuring accurate supplier pricing through direct communication and market research
- Collaborate with internal teams on synthetic and natural turf field projects, optimizing project efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare project budgets and schedules, ensuring feasibility and alignment with contract requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably in civil or site construction.
- Public bid work experience is a plus
- Field experience ideal, with a strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Passion for sports stadiums and athletic field construction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and familiarity with estimating software (ProEst, Agtek experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Will consider candidates from the following subcontractors - concrete, steel, civil, asphalt, public works & others
