Job Summary
At Nick's Auto Glass, LLC we pride ourselves on our exceptional service and top-quality auto glass repairs and replacements. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative who can also assist as a shop laborer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the shop’s calendar
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Perform shop duties, such as cleaning, stocking supplies, and assisting technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk / lobby area
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or auto industry is a plus
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds
