Job Summary:
We are seeking a person to greet and seat our guests in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to function at a high level while keeping all checks and balances to accommodate guest and service needs. Requires ability to communicate clearly and with purpose. Fun and exciting environment for the person who thrives on interaction.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining room, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
- Manage table assignments, ensure prompt seating, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, utilizing excellent communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues
Qualifications:
- knowledge of food service and hospitality operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using a POS system and other technology tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
