Lab Clinical Analyst

About this Job

This is a part-time position with benefits, working under the supervision of a Section Chief, with direction from the Chief of Pathology and Clinical Laboratories and the Director of Operations.

Key Tasks

• Conduct parallel studies, evaluate new instrumentation, and implement new test procedures per CAP standards.
• Assist in the implementation of new instrument and test procedures per CAP standards.
• Review and perform and submit surveys on timely manner.

Requirements

• Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License - meets Florida State requirements for licensure and continuing education for license renewal.
• Ability to work cooperatively and constructively with physicians, patients, families and co-workers.
• Ability to problem solve to adapt standard clinical procedures to the individual client's need.
