Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Execute custodial duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floors through various methods such as pressure washing, to ensure a clean appearance.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties in designated areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance can be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance.
