What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Cleaner position at Nicole's Commercial & Residential Cleaning, LLc?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at designated facilities. I have two facilities you will be working in. On Wednesday you will be in Alton and Thursday Wolfboro. Every other Tuesday Wolfboro. The hours are from 7pm-11pm. YOU MUST LIVE IN NH. Also I need to have someone very responsible. The ideal candidate would be dependable, detail oriented, and To have self discipline. Also If you do not LIKE to clean, please don't respond. Candidates always do a better job if they enjoy what they do.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate channels
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- Knowledge of custodial and facilities maintenance practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
