- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective project plans and strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clerical paperwork, submittals, RFIs, Emails.
Skills
- Strong understanding of project coordination principles within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with construction sites and on-site management practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Experience with construction management software such as Microsoft Projects, Procore, Raken, and BlueBeam.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
