We seek an energetic team player to support Workstation Building for our
Automotive Electronics Component Production Environment. Additionally, our
successful candidate will support our ‘3Q5S’ Operations’ activities (Quality(Worker-
Company-Product), Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Job responsibilities and Required Skills include :
Develop / Create Production Work Stations
Assemble / Build Work stations / Racks for Production Projects (PVC piping)
Perform measuring, equipment layout, Assist with Continuous Process
Improvement (Kaizen) activities
Assist Kaizen / Production Team with Daily and Weekly 3Q6S Activities
Assist Equipment Maintenance Team with Weekly PM (Preventive Maintenance)
Activities on automated Production equipment.
Perform Data Input documenting improvement activity
Required Skills
Hand Tools (Tape Measure, Socket wrench, Saw, Screw driver)
Power Tools (Jigsaw, Router, Circular saw)
Blueprint reading (a “Plus”)
