Job Summary
The sky is no longer the limit as Nidec takes its technology off the ground and into the Aerospace market. As a Project Manager with the Nidec Aerospace team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your expertise to design electric propulsion systems for the battery-powered aircrafts that will enable the world to sustainably and efficiently get from point A to point B.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This Project Manager position will be focused in aerospace system development, playing a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with senior project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Managing the requirements specification and process.
- Assist configuration management in all aspects related to system.
- Ensure the compliance with the applicable standards such as ARP-4754 and DO-331.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change orders.
- Support communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections as required.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
