What We Do :

MRISimmons measures consumer preferences attitudes and behaviors. We do this by collecting data through surveys and passively measured data in a way that is representative of the general population applying data science and making sense of consumer data through enterprisegrade software.  Marketers and media companies then use MRISimmons data and technology to develop marketing strategies consumer segmentation schemes and media activation approaches. The MRISimmons Insights Product is a consumer intelligence and discovery platform that provides marketers with faster access to actionable consumer insights.  Clients can also leverage MRIS data for enrichment activation and measurement use cases.

Job Description :

As an Account Manager within our Commercial Partnerships and Media team youll be tasked with supporting the growth of partnerships and media revenue opportunities through evangelizing MRISimmons products.  Using your influencing and relationshipbuilding skills you provide excellent client service research and market analysis.  Beginning with a list of existing clients you will develop deep relationships and seek opportunities to help solve their needs using our suite of premier products and industryleading solutions.  This role will also be responsible for upselling MRIS products and may carry a quota.

As the Account Manager you will have following key accountabilities :

  • Expertise in the full suite of MRISimmons products to provide first in class customer support.
  • Develop positive trusting and collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate Account reviews including QBRs and serve as the daytoday contact for client support.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling of MRIS solutions.
  • Train clients on our software and activation products
  • Communicate effectively with clients both written and orally and provide excellent customer support.
  • Manage partner royalty and revenue reporting to reconcile with Salesforce and Finance.
  • Work across sales organization to identify collaboration opportunities that can drive revenue.
  • Stay ontop of client initiatives to ensure successful delivery and follow up to build case studies.
  • Utilize MRISimmons data to align with the clients strategies identify new business opportunities attend client meetings and deliver actionable insights.
  • Knowing all there is to know about the clients business who their customers are and how our product offerings can aid them in servicing their client constituents.
  • Develop insightful presentations and educate clients on current MRISIMMONS capabilities and resources.
  • Prepare integrated researchbased presentations and proposals building new strategic approaches to our products and enhancing MRIs reputation as a consultant and partner.
  • Partner with Sales representatives to identify strategic business opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative industry insights combined with MRI data.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 23 years working in a market research or data driven company in the media or agency ecosystem
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship building and consultative selling skills.
  • Excel at presenting and telling a story with data.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated consumer data is a plus.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent business acumen problem solving project management and analytical skills.
  • BA with a concentration in Communications Marketing or Media.
