Senior Manager - Sales Enablement

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcomebased enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles.

Responsibilities :

  • Program Development : Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs including new business development customer satisfaction and retention. Preferred program experience :

Strategic Account Planning

  • WinLoss Analysis
  • AI Tools and Support
  • Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers curriculum designers and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
  • Content Creation : Oversee the creation and update of training materials including eLearning modules sales playbooks and interactive learning activities.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make datadriven improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the companys training programs.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement sales training or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education : Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Certifications : Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler MEDDPICC Challenger SPIN and Value Selling.
  • Additional Information :

    This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range : $92120k. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
