The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a collection of real estate properties for a company, making strategic investment decisions, monitoring market trends, optimizing property performance, and ensuring the portfolio generates maximum returns while mitigating risk.
Key responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy Development: Analyzing market conditions, identifying potential investment opportunities, and creating a comprehensive investment strategy to achieve goals.
- Portfolio Acquisition: Sourcing and evaluating potential properties for acquisition, negotiating purchase terms, and managing due diligence processes.
- Property Management Oversight: Collaborating with to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, tenant management, maintenance, and lease renewals.
- Financial Analysis: Preparing financial reports, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing key performance indicators
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with real estate investments, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and tenant defaults.
- Market Research: Continuously monitoring market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity to inform investment decisions.
