Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and personable Concierge/Security to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for helping others and a keen understanding of the local area will enhance the residents and guest experience.
We are also looking for Event staffing.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide information about services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
- Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes in services to provide accurate recommendations.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in helping residents and guests create memorable experiences through personalized service.
- Must have vehicle, must speak English, must, must have a D-license or be in process of getting one.
