Role Overview
The Stone Surfaces Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with current clients. This position combines strategic prospecting, customer relationship management, and business development to meet and exceed sales goals.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Growth: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Market Outreach: Attend industry events, network, and represent our brand to promote growth and establish our presence as a leader in the stonework industry.
- Consultative Selling: Provide clients with expert advice on stone products, applications, and design options, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal teams, including production and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Sales Professional: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the design, construction, or stonework industry.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating lasting client partnerships.
- Effective Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with stone materials and applications
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Salary plus Quarterly Commission Opportunities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
