Nightingale's List is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at a local correctional facility in California.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide mental health services to inmates, promoting their well-being and rehabilitation.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, evaluating psychiatric disorders, and developing effective treatment plans under the guidance of senior professionals.
You will also participate in crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews, while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
Additional responsibilities include performing mental status exams, reviewing pertinent documents, facilitating patient transitions, and ensuring compliance with CA and CDCR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
