Nightclub Security

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of premises.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide assistance in conflict management and resolution as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary for incident reporting or investigations.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for future reference.
• Participate in training sessions related to loss prevention, first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in loss prevention or security roles is an advantage.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment including CCTV systems is beneficial.
• A background in military service or law enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Night shift
