Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our partnerships with major U.S. retail chains, including Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, and Walmart. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop strategic retail partnerships, drive channel expansion, and ensure consistent sales performance across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key retail accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, and other strategic partners, such as Walmart.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams.
- Analyze market and category trends to create customized sales and channel strategies for each retail partner.
- Set and achieve sales targets, improving sell-through and optimizing product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure successful account execution.
- Lead retail presentations, product listings, promotional planning, and in-store activation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and overall account health.
- Partner with marketing to support brand awareness efforts across retail channels.
- Travel as needed for account visits, line reviews, or trade shows (domestic).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing key accounts with Costco, Sam’s Club, or Target.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Channel Sales with U.S. retailers(Big Box retailers).
- Proven success in the apparel/fashion retail sector.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; proven track record of managing high-volume retail accounts.
- Solid understanding of U.S. retail and consumer market trends.
- People management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team toward shared sales targets.
- Comfortable working across time zones and traveling as needed.
- A strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese communication (written/spoken) with executive-level presentation skills.
