Nightwing is seeking a procurement specialist to join our supply chain team. The program requires a candidate that can support a broad range of fast paced, quick reaction purchases and material and subcontract requirements. This role will serve as a liaison with the vendors, supply chain and the customer.
Clearance Requirement TS / SCI with Poly
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute procurements as part of a supply chain team
- Maintain accurate records of all procurements, receipts and invoicing
- Enter data into centralized database for purchase orders for logistics and financial tracking
- Reconcile all credit card transactions and balance against database
- Communicate directly with vendors and customers to ensure desired items are acquired
- Negotiate pricing with vendors
- Maintain and monitor monthly recurring costs
- Inventory and restock office supplies
