Nightwing is seeking Tec hnical Collections Engineer / Analyst to support the missions and operations team. Th e qualified candidate is versed in telecommunications technology, Wi-Fi network operations analysis, CDMA, UMTS, LTE and RF collection . In addition, the candidate possess experience as a systems a dministrat or to troubleshoot and identify technical issues in order to optimize system performance. As a member of this highly qualified team, the right candidate will support systems administration and signals collection .
CLEARANCE LEVEL -Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph
Required Skills
Protocol analysis, signals analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and network security and analysis
Technical competency in one of the following :
S ignals collection / analysis / protocol
Network Engineering / Security
Excellent communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn new skills
Desired Skills
Broad knowledge of hardware maintenance and care, system administration, knowledge of automation technologies, and scripting
Knowledge of TCP / IP protocols
Demonstrated experience providing system maintenance and health monitoring
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Virtual Machines
Prior experience as a military Signal Collections Analyst or SIGINT Analyst
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree desired and three (3 ) years relevant experience
- Direct relevant military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree
