Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision. Travel: Minimal
Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.

Essential Functions And Main Duties
- Create UI/UX deliverables, including interaction models, task flows, personas, wireframes, site maps and user/functional requirements that are relevant to product specifications
- Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
- Design a comprehensive set of UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and forms for standardizing all user interaction
- Create iconography and visual design with thoughtful typography, color, to enhance a design
- Optimize UI designs in critical areas of the existing product
- Communicate the UX at various stages of the design process to stakeholders
- Document UX/UI requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations
- Maintain, innovate, fix, and update existing applications in Figma
- Assist in user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
- Use research-related services, theories and methods to support best-practice
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Education / Certification / Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, human factors, communications, or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 1 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, preferably in healthcare
- Portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design on various platforms (e.g., native mobile, web, etc.) and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Level and compensation depends on location, experience, education and skills
- Communicate clearly and professionaly through effective listening, seacking and writing skills.
- Perform successfully working both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines and priorities as needed
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and conceptualize complex issues and consequences to achieve positive results. Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
