Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, operational efficiency, and revenue expansion in mechanical restoration services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks for operational consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure all safety protocols are rigorously followed, coordinating with the safety team to address compliance, training, and incident prevention.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing, technically skilled team with leadership potential.
- Develop and refine business plans that align with organizational goals, focusing on profitability, innovation, and market positioning.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to enhance service offerings.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and achieve profitability targets while controlling costs.
- Regularly brief senior leadership on strategies, project progress, financial outcomes, and key initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, maintaining a strong presence and fostering partnerships.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or Construction field.
· Ten or more years of relevant, proven managerial and leadership experience.
· Strong understanding of the construction and HVAC industries, including managing contracts, subcontracts, and jobsite operations.
· Extensive experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and project management, with a strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
· Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively; proficient in business planning, financial analysis and revenue growth strategies
· Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovation to enhance HVAC services and profitability.
· Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and incident prevention strategies, particularly in HVAC operations.
· Proven ability to deal with various personality types, customers and suppliers, conflict, and challenging schedules.
· Strong management skills and demonstrated ability to develop employees.
· Skilled in fostering cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
· Construction Industry – 10 years
· Eleven or more years of relevant experience.
· Project Management Certification.
