What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Quality Engineer position at Nilfisk Group?
Responsible for fulfilling the Quality Engineer position. In this highly visible role, the Quality Engineer will ensure the quality of the machine assembled at Nilfisk meet all customer expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found. Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards. The person will partner closely with various cross functional team to enable operational success, ensure supplier corrective action and improve process & customer quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Quality Management System
- Carry out internal product and process audits, (ISO, LPA)
- Write product test procedures, work instructions, SOPs as required,
- Contribute to develop and maintain for PFMEA / Control Plan,
Leadership
New Product / Solution Development support :
Supplier Quality support :
Product Quality Assurance :
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION :
MS or BS degree in Science, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
