About The Role
Nili Lotan is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to develop and execute strategic public relations and communications initiatives that elevate the Nili Lotan brand and drive business objectives. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and media landscape. The PR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of public relations, managing day-to-day operations and supporting with comprehensive strategies.
Responsibilities
- Managing all press and sample loans, gifting and outreach strategy.
- Working proactively to identify opportunities and secure coverage through news stories and product placement across all target media.
- Managing all celebrity and influencer outreach, fostering stylist relationships, guiding PR Assistant on daily tasks and communication with stylist assistants.
- Supporting VIC department and wholesale team on executing seasonal retail marketing activations as needed, including events that are aligned with overall PR strategy.
- Arranging reviews and collection appointments with top publications and stylists in the showroom.
- Supporting external agencies if applicable with in-store and industry events : guest list management, dressing, production and budget tracking.
- Ensuring all PR efforts are centralized around DTC needs and buys, samples, seasonal assets are received on-time and distributed to press and stylists, gifting decks are in-line with DTC buys and properly merchandised, marketing efforts are streamlined per launch dates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify future opportunities.
- Track coverage in press and social media.
- Develop press, influencer and VIP coverage summary reports, as well as any reporting for seasonal initiatives and events.

Nili Lotan is a highly acclaimed ready-to-wear designer based in New York City. A mother of three, she lives in Tribeca with her husband, singer songwriter, David Broza. After graduating from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Tel Aviv, Lotan moved to New York where she led design for some of the industry’s most respected names including Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne and Nautica. Lotan launched her eponymous brand in 2003, grounded in the belief that a wardrobe should function as an extension of oneself.
