Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the office
- Coordinate and manage team schedules, room bookings, guest management, and meeting logistics
- Support recruitment and new hire onboarding processes
- Administer company-wide HR ops, including performance reviews and company surveys
- Manage office supplies, ensuring resources are stocked and available
- Oversee office facilities and related vendor relationships
- Plan company events that foster connectivity and build community
- Support personal and professional development programs for the team
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ professional experience
- Experience in operations, office management, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive attitude
- Self-motivated, pragmatic and proactive
- Creative problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
