We are looking to hire a Project Manager for one of our clients located in New York. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience and must have Operational Excellence, Learning Administrator, Program Management, PowerPoint presentation skills, Global Finance organization skills. The rate is $37/hr and the work mode is hybrid.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Great attention to detail and eye for design
- Knowledge of finance is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom & SharePoint
Must Haves:
- Ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- PowerPoint presentation skills.
- · Experience in organizing and managing events, including logistics planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring smooth execution and a positive participant experience
- Skilled in driving engagement and fostering a sense of community within the Global Finance organization through initiatives such as town halls, intranet updates, and social events
- Capability to support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interview processes, attending recruiting events, and representing the organization to prospective candidates
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rotational FLDP, which includes managing project plans, communication, orientation, rotations, training, capstone projects, social events, and serving as the main contact for the program.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to effectively manage and supervise all elements of recruitment programs, such as interviews, logistics, branding and summer recruitment.
- Consult with senior stakeholders to develop a highly impactful training curriculum and learning opportunities for MBA colleagues.
- Develop executive level presentations, marketing materials, and all necessary documentation for the program.
- Work together with HR People Partners to ensure that program participants are rotating and placed in groups that optimize their experience.
