Job Summary : Nimey Auto Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our dealership. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities related to vehicle sales, including loan processing, lease negotiations, and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Services and Loan Processing :
Assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicle purchases by presenting financing options and securing loan approvals.
Work with banks and financial institutions to negotiate loan terms and conditions favorable to both the customer and the dealership.Review and complete all necessary paperwork for loan and lease transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.Sales and Customer Relations :Educate customers on various financing options, warranties, and insurance products available to them.
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the finance process and addressing any questions or concerns.Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Compliance and Risk Management :Ensure all finance-related transactions comply with federal and state regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Monitor and mitigate financial risks associated with lending and leasing.Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the dealership’s practices are up-to-date.Reporting and Financial Analysis :Prepare and analyze financial reports related to vehicle financing, including profit margins, loan default rates, and sales performance.
Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of transactions.Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data analysis.Team Collaboration and Training :Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of customers from the sales process to the finance process.
Train and support sales staff in understanding finance-related products and services.Foster a collaborative environment that enhances communication and efficiency between the finance and sales departments.Benefits :
