Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid (2 Days In-Office, 3 Days Remote)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and versatile HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Implement and optimize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve hiring processes.
- Utilize job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to attract top talent.
- Conduct HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Experience with job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing an ATS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
