We have experienced rapid growth since our founding in 2019 and are now looking for a strategic HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Manage HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Implement and optimize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve hiring processes
- Utilize job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to attract top talent
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
