Sales Account Manager
Overview
Increase revenue and profits through partnering with organizations and businesses to become their choice for custom screen printing, embroidery, and Wholesale distribution.
Essential Functions
· Build a relationship with prospects and customers that will help obtain the proper information needed to make the process seamless for the customer and Nine Line Apparel.
· Coordinate with the artist, runners, screen printing/embroidery, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure a customer experience that exceeds Nine Line Apparel standards.
· Set and coordinate meetings with like-minded businesses to help grow strategic partnerships.
· Set the meetings with current and potential customers through the CRM.
· Reporting daily activity in CRM. Must achieve monthly goals.
· Represent the Nine Line Apparel brand to its highest standards.
· Adhere to the Nine Line Apparel code of conduct and abiding by the Nine Line Apparel employee hand book.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
· This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel
· Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience
· A bachelor's degree and 2 years of sales experience, or 5 years of sales experience.
