Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services while ensuring accurate data entry into our systems.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in a computerized system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the support team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers.
• Familiarity with data entry tasks and office software applications.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Pest Routes experience preferred not required
• Talk Desk experience preferred not required
