Job Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and account management
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality
Skills:
-Insurance Experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries with empathy
- Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Spanish-not required but a plus
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Competency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
