The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for our restaurant brand, ensuring the successful growth of our customer base, and driving brand loyalty. This individual will lead the marketing team and collaborate closely with the operations, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impactful customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a senior leadership or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of the restaurant’s marketing strategy across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Define and strengthen the restaurant’s brand identity and voice. Oversee all brand-related messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth. Oversee promotions, seasonal initiatives, and special events.
- Spearhead the restaurant’s online presence, including website management, social media strategy, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. Drive content strategy that engages and builds a loyal following.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs, digital marketing funnels, and other strategies to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Work closely with the operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure marketing strategies are in sync with customer experience, promotions, and product offerings.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated for maximum return on investment. Track spending and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media, and local organizations to generate brand awareness and positive press.
