Roberta’s opened in 2008 and helped pave the way for the boroughs’ food scene offering Internationally recognized Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas and most recently the addition of seasonal pastas and plates. Alongside our talented culinary team, we feature scratch cocktails in our bar, natural wine list and rotating seasonal beer taps.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility of our restaurant brand, attract new customers, and increase customer loyalty. This role will work closely with the executive team, culinary staff, and service team to align marketing efforts with our brand goals and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company’s goals, including both digital and traditional media.
- Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), create engaging content, and track performance to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Work with the design team to maintain consistent branding across all platforms, including print materials, website, and in-house signage. Develop promotional materials and special event marketing.
- Plan and execute events, such as grand openings, seasonal promotions, influencer partnerships, and other initiatives to draw traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Develop strategies for customer retention through loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and personalized offers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors. Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize future strategies.
- Work closely with the operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with customer experiences and operational capabilities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
