Position Description:
Rare opportunity to join Ninja Nation - Boardman, OH in a supervisor position. Opening Spring 2025! Ninja Nation is a rapidly-growing American Ninja Warrior-style specialty fitness company and we are looking for a multiple assistant Coaches for our Boardman, Ohio facility. The Coach position presents an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing national sports company as an integral member of a Ninja Nation arena. The Head Coach will work with the other coaches to deploy the Ninja Nation development program, expanding each ninja participant’s skills, strength and personal confidence. Additionally, they will be a key contributor to the culture of each arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja participant and the arena team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead multiple Ninja Nation classes ranging from the core curriculum to conditioning classes
- Work one weekend day as a birthday party coach by providing feedback to ninjas as they experience the arena
- Identifying ideal candidates for the Ninja Nation development program and educate prospects and parents about the development program
- Working under the Head Coach and with other coaches in your facility
- Implementing the Ninja Nation class curriculum
- Perform safety checks throughout the arena
- Ensure full understanding of the Ninja Nation class curriculum
- Conduct continuing education throughout the year

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
