BDR Manager & Outbound Program Builder
Hybrid/Remote
Collaborating closely with our Manager of Sales and Head of Marketing, the BDR Manager will be the go-to expert, equipping Leadership, AEs, and BDRs with the tools and strategies needed to exceed their goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for building our BDR program and team from the ground up.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and aligning the right people, processes, and technology to set the BDR program up for success. Key areas of focus include early pipeline development, hiring and training your team, refining BDR processes, maintaining data accuracy, optimizing outbound sales motions and workflows, generating reports and insights, managing quotas and territory planning, and contributing to our rapid growth.

- A passion to hunt for pipeline in order to earn the maximum potential remuneration for the role.

Experience:
- 2 years of experience managing a BDR team, with a deep understanding of the full BDR cycle and industry best practices and tools.
- A compelling elevator pitch and strong objection-handling skills to secure meetings effectively.
Skills:
- Lead by example in generating early outbound pipeline. This role is expected to personally delivery pipeline (1/2 of an BDR IC quota) as the program is ramped. Once ramped, this person will be expected to do less IC work.
- Recruit, interview, and hire BDRs to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and revenue operations teams.
- Develop strategies to drive initiatives, enhance productivity, and optimize performance.
- Contribute to executive reporting insights, identifying key actions and necessary pivots.
- Guide the evolution of the BDR team for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and results.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Experience building a successful BDR program from the ground up (hiring and tools).
- 2 years of quota attainment in SaaS as a BDR Manager.
- Experience selling/pitching to CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM best practices.
- A proven track record of both qualitative and quantitative success.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an evolving and dynamic workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Compensation Model: This role pays a healthy market rate base and variable comp model
